JES Plus is a private educational school/ institution that specializes in English and non English programs.

 In Brief

 How we began

JES Plus was founded in 2008 by a woman entrepreneur named Sumiyar Mahanani (Mia). She started her business from her garage in 2004. She taught children around her neighborhood privately. Then she decided to expand her business and founded Jogja English School (JES) in January 2008. In January 2012, JES changed its name into Jogja English School Plus (JES Plus) due to the addition of non-English programs such as Math, Science, Social Studies, etc.  

Who we are:

Today, JES Plus is a growing informal school/ institution in the north area of Jogja contains of 20 professional staffs including teachers. We provide a wide range of programs; English and non-English programs for all ages.

Where we are going:

We aim to equip our students/ participants with skills and knowledge needed to help them to grow and eager to pursue their dreams. By giving our commitment in education we hope that we increase their opportunity to get a better future. Furthermore, we motivate them to develop personal confidence and qualities to be able to change their lives through education.

JES Plus is concerned with human resources development, so that we complete out programs with human resources development training, computer, animation and music. These additional programs will begin in January 2014.
